Excellent Experience by ALL Involved - Shana/Sales & Larry/Installer were GREAT

I had the carpet in my entire house replaced by Grigsby's. Pretty big job at 335 square yards. Bought a high quality carpet recommended by saleswoman Shana and installed by "Larry" and his crew of two additional men. I was dreading the project and the associated disruption. Shana and Larry made it as painless as possible. They are true professionals who treated me, my house and my furniture with the upmost respect and care.

Shana saved me money by recommending a better carpet than I was planning at a lower cost.

The attention to detail by Larry and his crew was fabulous. They did the work as if it was their own home. No shortcuts to save time and/or effort.

I highly recommend the folks at Grigsby's based upon the way they treated me! I'm completely satisfied.

Better price; great service.

Grigsby's Carpet, Tile & Hardwood was awesome. Everything from the installers, to the salesman who helped me, to the completed carpet was great. They guy over there was extremely helpful and even let me take samples home. When I called back, he let me know that they could be out the next day.

The installers were excellent, and it probably wasn't easy to get the carpet in. They did extremely well, and it looks great. It was my first time using them. I would definitely say to use them for everything. Their price was better, and their service is great. You couldn't do any better.

Customer for life.

We decided to use Grigsbys Carpet Tile & Hardwood because they have a strong reputation in the Tulsa community and good quality merchandise. We felt that we could trust them and that we were going to get what we paid for. That trust allowed us to focus on which carpets we wanted and not worry about other potential problems.

Grigsby's has virtually done the entire house for us. Last year, they did the living and dining room as well as the hallway and master bedroom, which was more than we originally planned. Most recently, we had them take out the wood flooring in the study and carpet it. Everything has turned out beautifully.

I would recommend Charlotte, who handled our selection of carpet and the purchase. She also worked with us when issues arose during the installation and made it a good experience.
We still have 2 other bedrooms that we have not yet done. I would definitely use Grigsby's again -- and specifically, Charlotte -- to work with us on those rooms.

One of our best subcontractors.

We have known one of the salesmen at Grigsby's Carpet Tile & Hardwood for about 28 years and have been using the company exclusively for the last 8 years. They are one of our best subcontractors.

We do mostly commercial construction and they install flooring for us, from carpet to tile. They have a large selection and provide good service. Typically, our salesman is easy to reach and responds quickly.

We have been satisfied with the work that Grigsby's has done for us over the years. If any issues arise, they always take care of them.
